The Kim Wessling and Peter J. Martino, Jr, Legacy Fund Inc is a nonprofit organization recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.

The Fund is registered to solicit charitable contributions in Massachusetts and Illinois. The Fund does not currently solicit donations in any jurisdiction where it is not properly registered or otherwise exempt from registration requirements. Any contribution made through this website by a donor located outside a registered jurisdiction is made on the donor’s own initiative and without specific solicitation by the Fund.
